Since 2015, Life Force Massage has been a place to relax, unwind and repair.

Meet your body's needs with our various modalities of table and floor massage therapy.

therapeutic table massage

Come get your elbows! This is the classic table session. Techniques may include Swedish relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue, IASTM tool use, STAMINA muscle alignment, myofascial cupping, PNF stretching and everything in between.

Thai floor Massage

Maintaining tradition from Chiang Mai, Thailand, this session will manipulate the body to increase flow of prana (life force energy) by removing energetic blockages and nicely stretching you out. Imagine a yoga class where all you have to do is show up.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

The traditional Hawaiian healing therapy of the temple style lineage. This session’s ocean-like waves of full body massage strokes will coax the mind and tissues to let go, releasing unnecessary thoughts, stress and tension. Powerfully relaxing - deeply therapeutic.

instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (iastm)

An emerging and exciting new offering at Life Force. It employs the use of two different stainless steel tools to enhance the precision of the massage strokes. This will effectively remodel the targeted tissues, encouraging collagen fibers to realign with the neighbouring muscles’ lines of pull. Application can be as delicate as treating the ligaments in a pinky finger or as profound as releasing the deep rotators of the hip joint.

Yin Yoga and Massage

Receive targeted massage throughout a bespoke 60 minute yoga class that was planned specifically for you. Yoga props are provided, but bring yours too! Suitable for yoga beginners and gurus alike, this treatment will leave you feeling open, limber, and noticeably grounded.

myofascial cupping

Vacuum cups are placed in strategic spots on the body, and then gently moved along the tissues’ natural lines of fascial tension. This will help ensure the muscles are free to move and slide as they should, and the fascia (a major connective tissue) gets the proper hydration and blood flow it deserves for optimal tissue health. Fantastic for releasing stubbornly tight areas and treating chronic trigger points.

Life Force Massage is no longer accepting new clients.
